Domestic & International shipping
We carefully package and ship all orders from Oslo. For ready-to-wear items, shipping usually takes 7–10 business days within Europe, and 10–14 business days internationally. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 4 weeks for production and shipping, depending on complexity. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
RETURNS
As made-to-order items are produced upon purchase, all made-to-order sales are final. For ready-to-wear items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide a return address and instructions.
RENTALs
Rental pieces are available for one week at a time. Items should be returned in their original condition using the packaging provided. Please ensure that rental items are returned promptly at the end of the rental period to avoid additional fees.
